CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
We ask that you give 24-hours notice to cancel most appointments (48-hours needed for Full Sets) . We send a confirmation text 72-hours before the appointment time, and again 48-hours before. Please use this time at latest to make any rearrangements/cancellations. There is an automatic 50% cancellation fee charged to the card privately stored on file for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours or (full sets) 48-hours notice. Please note that at the time of booking, by checking the box that states that you understand the cancellation policy, you are giving permission for Kristen Esthetics to charge a cancellation fee to the card on file. No Call No Shows/ and less than 6 hours notice cancellation are an automatic 100% service charge as it is impossible to fill that spot in that amount of time. Thank you for understanding.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please call or text the spa if you are running behind. Know that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Though there is no late fee, we may ask to reschedule clients that are over 15 minutes depending on the scheduled appointment.

PAYMENT
We accept major credit / debit cards and cash as forms of payment. Venmo is available for gratuity only, not as a form of service payment. Thank you for understanding.
