BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your appointment: your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment: your 50% deposit will be retained as a late cancellation fee.
• No-shows will also forfeit the 50% deposit.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to keep appointment times available for everyone!

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call or text the spa if you are running behind. Know that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Though there is no late fee, we may ask to reschedule clients that are over 15 minutes depending on the scheduled appointment.

WALK-INS

Please instagram message OR text the spa if you are in need of a last minute appointment to see if we can accommodate.

PAYMENT

We accept major credit / debit cards and cash as forms of payment. Venmo is available for gratuity only, not as a form of service payment. Thank you for understanding.
